Alessandra Ferrando

Alessandra discovered Navakaraṇa Vinyāsa in 2023, during a class with Alessandra Oram in Formentera. That day, something awakened—she felt an immediate and profound connection. Navakaraṇa arrived in her life during a moment of deep transformation and inner awakening, and it felt like a natural continuation of her personal path.

Rooted in rhythm, breath, and the sacred atmosphere created through chants, each session becomes a space of active meditation and conscious movement. When she practices, she feels as though she is returning to herself—a reconnection with her inner presence, clarity, and stillness. The practice nurtures awareness, presence, and a deep connection to the body, inspiring her to live with greater intentionality both on and off the mat.

Alessandra graduated from Alumnus Teacher Training Module 2 in June 2025.
