Alena is a Navakaraṇa teacher based in Munich, Germany. She considers herself a ‘Navakarani by accident’.
In 2020, she stumbled upon the method during a yoga retreat with Alessandra Oram. Fascinated by the Navakaraṇa methodology and discipline, she spontaneously decided to sign up for Navakaraṇa Vinyāsa Hṛdayam Module 1 Master Teacher Training with Dario Calvaruso in 2021 in Madrid Spain, which has brought her on a path of self-discovery, transformation and acceptance.
She then graduated from Navakaraṇa Vinyāsa Hṛdayam Module 2 Master Teacher Training with Dario Calvaruso in 2022 in Miglianico Italy, Module 3 in 2023 in Barcelona Spain and Module 4 in 2024 in Galicia Spain. She holds 432 hour of training with the creator of the method.
Alena works at a mobility start up in Munich, and uses her practice to manage stress, counterbalance a sedentary lifestyle, and overall happiness.
