Alejandra López Gabrielidis, based in Barcelona, is a philosopher, aesthetics teacher and researches the relationship between the body and digital technologies.
In October 2023 she discovered the Navakaraṇa method in BRONSA Studio, under the guidance of Andrea de los Mozos and Marta Alarcón. The different layers that Navakaraṇa combines (chanting, tempo, choreography, kinesthesia, respect for the proportions of the body), as well as the balance between strength and flexibility, made her fascinated by this method. The beautiful Navakaraṇa community that exists at BRONSA has also been a key element in her commitment to the practice and her desire to continue deepening it.
In 2025 she completed Alumnus Teacher Training Modules 1 and 2 with Alessandra Oram and Dario Calvaruso at Mana Yoga Loft, Barcelona. What she values about the effects of Navakaraṇa is, above all, that it allows her to balance mind and body, the intellectual and the somatic.
