Alba Segarra Fisa

Alba is passionate about movement and training, Yoga came into her life in 2019 and since then it has evoked a personal transformation and evolution. She felt so connected to Yoga that wanted to learn more about it and in 2021 she completed her first Yoga Teacher Training. Once she discovered Navakaraṇa she was fascinated and wanted to learn more in depth about the method, and she completed The Essentials workshop and Alumnus Navakaraṇa Vinyāsa Teacher Training Module 1 and 2 in 2021 and 2022 with Alessandra Oram and graduated by Dario Calvaruso. Since then she has been teaching at Karana Yoga studio in Corbera de Llobregat and in different Sport Training Centers in Barcelona and surroundings. The practice helps to connect with her essence and get to know her body, breathing, and mind through movement, to cultivate a state of presence and mental calm. And this is what she loves to transmit to her students.
