Alba, a passionate native of Madrid born in 1995, grew up immersed in a whirlwind of visual stimuli and generational changes that left a profound mark on her way of thinking and observing the world. This captivating journey paved her way into graphic design, where she discovered her love for aesthetics and functionality.

In 2022, Alba stumbled upon Navakaraṇa, and it was like finding a hidden treasure. She was completely fascinated by its method, enveloped in an intoxicating rhythm, unparalleled purity, and captivating beauty. The connection was instant. Finally, in 2023, after meticulous reflections, she decided to fully embark on the adventure of Teacher Training Module 1, guided by Alessandra Oram in Madrid.

For Alba, Navakaraṇa not only transformed her relationship with the world but also provided a deeper understanding of her own body, as well as a more intimate connection with her emotions and thoughts.
