Alessandra Oram is an Alumnus of the Navakaraṇa community and runs a Navakaraṇa Academy in Barcelona Spain, called MA•NA (Established in 2019).
Alessandra feels fortunate to have learnt from Dario, first in a “Yoga Studio” setting in Hong Kong and now by his side growing the community together. Her Academy in Barcelona city teaches the full Navakaraṇa Maṇḍala Series every day of the week, which is practiced according to the Moon Cycle. If you are visiting Barcelona from abroad, we recommend you join a drop-in class, or try to attend a few days / weeks, to experience what it is like to practice the different Navakaraṇa series across consecutive days.
Monthly workshops are held in the studio where practitioners can take a deeper look into each series , and every year Teacher Trainings of Module 1, 2, 3 & 4 are held.
