The manuals provided during the course and all of the materials contained within website, social networks and online platforms are protected by intellectual property right laws. All of the materials and content, including but not limited to the methodology contents, terminology related to the methodology, design, appearance, images, videos, course materials, downloads and any other information used to promote or provide the courses. All copyright, trademarks, design rights, patents and any other intellectual property rights (whether registered or unregistered) provided during the course/s and all of the materials published on online platform/s are owned by Holistic Wellness Ltd, licensed to us or we are entitled to use it and such rights are reserved.

You may not extract and/or re-utilise parts of the content without our express written consent. In particular, you may not utilise any recording system during the course or data mining, robots, or similar data gathering and extraction tools to extract (whether once or many times) for re-utilisation of any substantial parts of the content of any, without our express written consent. You may also not reproduce and or publish any of our course manual and media, templates, audio,  online documentation and product pricing and listings without our express written consent.

1.Navakaraa Intellectual Property (IP) –Teaching Authorisation, Rights, and Obligations

1.1 Purpose and Scope

This chapter forms an integral and binding part of all Navakaraṇa Teacher Training Course (TTC) Manuals and is formally accepted and signed by the trainee at the time of registration for the Teacher Training Course. Registration constitutes explicit acknowledgement, understanding, and acceptance of the terms, conditions, rights, and obligations set forth in this chapter.

It defines the conditions under which Navakaraṇa Intellectual Property may be used, transmitted, and represented by Navakaraṇa Authorised Teachers.

Navakaraṇa Intellectual Property is not merely a legal asset; it is the expression of a coherent method, lineage, and pedagogy. Its use is therefore governed by both legal responsibility and ethical duty.

1.2 Grant of Teaching Authorisation

1.2.1 Upon successful completion of the relevant Teacher Training Course and formal authorisation, the graduate is recognised as an Authorised Navakaraṇa Teacher.

1.2.2 Teaching authorisation grants the teacher the right to transmit Navakaraṇa strictly within the scope of the training completed and in accordance with the teacher’s certified level.

1.2.3 Teaching authorisation:

  • – is personal, non-transferable, and revocable;
  • – does not confer ownership of any Intellectual Property;
  • – remains valid only while the teacher is in good standing with Navakaraṇa.

1.3 Free Licensing of Intellectual Property

1.3.1 Authorised Navakaraṇa Teachers are granted a free (royalty-free) licence to use specific Navakaraṇa Intellectual Properties exclusively for authorised teaching purposes.

1.3.2 Free licensing is granted as an act of trust and lineage transmission and is subject to strict adherence to the terms defined in this manual.

1.4 List of Intellectual Property in Free Licensing

1.4.1 The use of Intellectual Properties under free licensing is limited exclusively to the following IP and authorised use.

1.4.2 Any Intellectual Property not explicitly listed above is excluded from free licensing.

1.5 Scope of Authorised Use

1.5.1 In-Person Teaching

  • Group classes and/or one-to-one sessions;
  • based exclusively on the modules and series completed in the TTC;
  • in accordance with the teacher’s authorised level.

1.5.2 Studio Scheduling and Promotion

Use of Navakaraṇa names and syllabus references in:

  • studio schedules;
  • official websites;
  • social media platforms;
  • printed flyers and posters.

1.5.3 Online Private Teaching (Level 2 and Above Only)

Level 2 and above teachers may offer online private sessions exclusively to other Navakaraṇa graduates, provided that:

  • the teacher is updated with the latest official curriculum;
  • only content already completed by the receiving graduate is taught;
  • sessions are not recorded, stored, or shared in any form.

1.5.4 Promotional Media and Social Networks

Teachers may create and share stories, posts, or short reels (maximum 60 seconds) showing Navakaraṇa practice for promotional purposes only.

1.5.5 Mandatory attribution must include one or more of the following:

  • @navakarana;
  • @dariocalvaruso;
  • Credit line: Navakaraṇa – Dario Calvaruso.

1.6 Tagging, Linking, and Official Listings

1.6.1 Every Authorised Navakaraṇa Teacher using the syllabus, fully or partially, shall include @navakarana in their Instagram bio.

1.6.2 Every Authorised Teacher shall be listed on the official Navakaraṇa Teacher Profile, which redirects enquiries directly to the teacher and displays their online presence.

1.6.3 Authorised Navakaraṇa Studios and Academies shall be listed on the official Navakaraṇa website with address, website, and social media profiles.

 

1.7 Professional and Ethical Conditions

1.7.1 Respect of Intellectual Property
All manuals, curricula, sequences, terminology, music, images, and digital contents are the intellectual property of Navakaraa and its author and founder, Dario Calvaruso.

1.7.2 No Rebranding
Teachers shall not rename, rebrand, repackage, or present Navakaraṇa content, methods, or materials as their own, even if partially modified.

1.7.3 No Alteration of Curriculum
The names of syllabi, sequences, programmes, and pedagogical structures must be delivered exactly as provided in the latest official e-manuals.

1.7.4 No Plagiarism
Any partial or full reproduction of Navakaraṇa materials outside authorised contexts and/or without proper attribution constitutes plagiarism and a breach of this licence.

1.7.5 Use with Written Permission
Explicit written authorisation is required before translating, adapting, publishing, or commercially using any Navakaraṇa copyrighted content, including names, logos, music, images, text, audio, or video.

1.7.6 Professional Ethics
All teachers must act in accordance with the principles outlined in Ethics and Roles for Learning and Teaching, and embody the values of  Navakaraṇa Dharma: Dharma (virtue), Honesty, Attitude, Rigour, Mindfulness, Authenticity.

1.8 Revocation of Teaching Authorisation and Free Licensing

1.8.1 Navakaraṇa reserves the exclusive and discretionary right to revoke teaching authorisation and free licensing, with immediate effect, in the event of any of the following:

  • breach or non-compliance with these Terms and Conditions;
  • plagiarism, unauthorised reproduction, or misuse of Navakaraṇa Intellectual Property;
  • misrepresentation, distortion, or misattribution of the Navakaraṇa method, curriculum, or lineage;
  • ethical, professional, or conduct-related misconduct inconsistent with Navakaraṇa standards.

1.8.2 Upon revocation, the individual shall immediately and permanently cease all use, transmission, representation, promotion, and reference to Navakaraṇa Intellectual Property in any form, whether in-person, online, digital, or physical.

1.9 Binding Nature

1.9.1 Completion of the Teacher Training Course and continued use of Navakaraṇa Intellectual Property constitutes full understanding and acceptance of all terms outlined in this chapter.
