Etiquette
All the participants shall take bath before entering the śālā.
In order to parctice bandha-s and kriyā partecipants shall arrive on an empty stomach.
Keeping silence all the time unless yoi are requested to talk.
Set the mat and props as soon as you enter the śālā.
Before leaving the śālā partecipants shall re-order, replace the props and clean-up the space.

The location
This Teacher Trainining Course will be hosted at “Casa Erbane”, Fuerteventura, Canary Islands. Our place located at Lajares is one of the most fascinating spot in this island. A magical place for an amazing time together, surround by vulcano, ocean and beautiful blue sky.
Room booking
Casa Erbane can accommodate a maximum of 12 people. Accommodation is exclusive for teacher training students only. You can make your food and accomodation reservation on the registration page. Once you have completed the registration, our staff will reach and help you to reserve the room of your liking. If you are very particular with room type, and would like to share your room with a friend you can contact us before registration. Our organiser will assist you in the process of registration and booking.
Meals
You have the option of ordering meals (lunch and/or dinner) with us. All meal are vegan (without the use of garlic and onion). If you have any food allergies or serious autoimmune disease limiting your diet (e.g. Celiac disease etc), please check with our organiser before making your booking, if it is possible to prepare food options for you. There are plenty of non-vegetarian options around the area if you would prefer to dine out.
Regulations
- Comsumption of alcohol and smoking is not allowed inside our premises.
- You are requested to keep your room clean and keep silence in your room after 22:00.
- No food is allowed inside the Śālā.
- The Śalā is a silent room.
- All guests are request avoid staying in the śālā (gathering, chatting) between 21:00 and 8:30.
- By 8:45 you should be in the Śāla ready for the training.
- You may wash your clothes with the washing machine between 6:00 to 8:00 and 19:00 to 20:00.
Housekeeping and other facilities
- Bedsheets and towels are change every three days.
- Śālā is cleaned morning (please leave the Śālā empty for easy cleaning).
- There is a small fridge where you can store only bottle. No cooked food or fruits can be stored in the fridge.
Setting
In order to maintain a high standard of learning experience, facilitate apprehension and easy interaction between the faculty and students, we do not accept more than 30 participants in class.

- two exercise blocks
- one exercise towel
- one face towel
- a change of clothes
Recommended:
- water bottle or thermo
- five-toes socks
Storage:
You can leave only inexpensive / unimportant items in the studio (such exercise blocks, mat etc.) during the workshop at your own risk and responsibility.

This workshop is suitable for all levels from beginners to advanced practitioners and teachers. We cover in depth the fundamentals of Navakaraṇa Vinyāsa methodology in this 12-hour workshop.
This is a foundational workshop into Navakaraṇa methodology and practice and a preparatory workshop for the teacher training.
To become a Navakaraṇa teacher, you will need to graduate from at least one of our Navakaraṇa Vinyāya Hṛdayam Teacher Training modules where you will learn the sequences and teaching skills in details.
