Restorative Practice with Dario Calvaruso
More unique than rare, come to experience Navakaraṇa Suizen (नवकरण 吹禅). This holistic restorative practice includes live traditional shakuhachi fuke – zen repertoire combined with tantric kriyā-s and gentle bodily movements. The practice consists in synchronised sound, breath, movements and mental action (kriyā). A cathartic practice which helps you in achieving relief from unwanted unconscious memories through the open expression of feeling and emotions. The practice is a prelude for insight into oneself and awakening. For the first time, Dario will be sharing the philosophy of sound after the practice under the full moon night.

Navakaraṇa Suizen - Bheṣaja Series

A true experience into holistic therapy combining the ancient tradition of Fuke Suizen (original sound meditation) using the most divine instruments: kaṃsya and shakuhachi and slow mindful movements which focuses on the holistic approach. You will experience the unique style of Navakaraṇa method and how sounds, movements and stretches lead to a meditative state. This class includes Sound Meditation and Emotional Release Practice.

Join us on this inward journey and be immersed in a total sensory experience.
