In this lecture Dario will explain the relation of Navakarana Tantra with ancient Śāstra-s: Yoga, Āyurveda, Haṭhayoga but also Zen and Philosophy of Aesthetics.
Finally will also explain the origin of Modern Yoga, and the parallelism, distinction and relationship between Navakaraṇa Tantra and Modern Yoga. This lecture is important to all Navakaraṇa Teachers, Yoga Teachers and anyone interested in the subject.
