Noelia discovered Navakaraṇa in 2019. From the very beginning, she was captivated by the originality of the method, its musicality, rhythm, and the fluidity of its transitions.
After exploring different styles of yoga, in 2026 she decided to deepen her practice of Navakaraṇa Vinyāsa by training at Zen Studio with Nidia Díaz (Asturias, Spain). Power & Control has allowed her to gain a deeper understanding of the methodology while continuing to develop her strength, coordination, and body control, as well as learning to move with greater precision and presence.
She now seeks to strengthen the connection between body and mind, deepen her relationship with the breath, and find in movement a form of expression, concentration, and personal growth.
