For Anna, yoga has been healing for the body, mind and soul. She started practicing after a period of intense physical and mental stress related to work. Through yoga, she understood how fundamental the “here and now” is to living life with greater awareness.
Navakaraṇa came into her life through an Instagram video. She had never seen anything like it before, and she was instantly captivated. It stirred something deep inside her. The union of sound and practice made her say, “I want to know more,” and without thinking twice she signed up for the class in Bologna with Alba and Diletta. She will never forget the feeling of that first practice. She experienced a lightness, especially in her mind. Her thoughts finally stopped racing.
She completed Navakaraṇa Vinyāsa Hṛdayam Alumni Teacher Training Grounding & Opening (Module 1) with Alba and Diletta and is graduated by Dario Calvaruso in 2026.
Her teaching journey has not started yet, but Navakarana will definitely be part of it.
