Sara Di Nardo Di Maio has always considered movement a fundamental part of her life. Her academic background and professional experience have allowed her to develop a deep understanding of the human body, while years of personal practice have taught her the importance of the connection between body, mind, and breath.
She was drawn to Navakaraṇa out of curiosity for a method that had long fascinated her and immediately felt aligned with both her sensitivity and her approach to teaching.Through Navakaraṇa, Sara has developed an even deeper appreciation for the value of listening, presence, and awareness, qualities that continue to shape both her personal practice and her work with students.
She completed Navakaraṇa Vinyāsa Hṛdayam Alumni Teacher Training Grounding & Opening (Module 1) with Alba and Diletta and is graduated by Dario Calvaruso in 2026.
Today, she teaches between Riccione and Rimini, where she shares her passion for movement and mindful practice. Looking ahead, she hopes to create a space dedicated to holistic wellbeing, where Navakaraṇa can support individuals on a journey of personal growth and transformation.
