Camilla Benedetti

Camilla has chosen to live with simplicity and awareness, cultivating a deep respect for nature, animals and all forms of life.

The desire to understand the world and our place in it has led her to explore different cultures, crossing several continents and enriching her path through encounters, experiences and diverse perspectives. At the same time, yoga has become a tool for personal growth, capable of uniting body, breath, mind and inner world.

She encountered the Navakaraṇa method in September 2024 with her teacher and mentor Alba Muzzarelli  and immediately recognised a practice in deep resonance with her own path of research and awareness.

Over time, she has explored different approaches to the practice, recognising Yoga not only as a discipline but as a philosophy of life oriented towards balance, presence and connection. Her encounter with the Navakaraṇa method has been an even greater source of inspiration, thanks to its ability to integrate research, movement and awareness into a living, evolving practice.

She completed Navakaraṇa Vinyāsa Hṛdayam Alumni Teacher Training Grounding & Opening (Module 1) with Alba and Diletta and is graduated by Dario Calvaruso in 2026.

In her classes in Milan, she guides students with sensitivity and attention, creating a calm space to explore their potential, find harmony and develop a deeper connection with themselves and the world around them.
