Virgínia discovered Navakaraṇa in 2022 at Alessandra Oram’s studio in Sant Just, and from that very first class, she began an ongoing connection with the method. Over time, she expanded her experience alongside teachers such as Júlia, Marta, Andrea, Mariana, and Sara, each of whom made her fall in love with the method while contributing to her understanding and embodiment of the system.
Navakaraṇa has continuously taught her the value of patience and dedication. The practice has helped her recognise the potential of both her body and mind, and to experience the transformative impact that a structured method and a supportive kula can offer.
The rhythm and chanting of Navakaraṇan allow her to connect with herself in a wordless way. She completed Navakaraṇa Vinyāsa Hṛdayam Alumni Teacher Training Module 1 with Andrea & Marta and graduated by Dario Calvaruso in 2026.
