Andrea Flores Criado

Andrea discovered the Navakaraṇa method in January 2024 at Mana Yoga Loft. In 2025, she continued her practice at Bronsa Sant Just, where she met her teachers Andrea and Marta, with whom she completed her first Navakaraṇa Vinyāsa Hṛdayam Alumni Teacher Training Module 1 and is graduated by Dario Calvaruso in 2026.

From day one, for Andrea, every practice has become the discovery of a new challenge. A challenge, both physical and mental, that encourages her to pause at first, to listen to her teachers and peers, to listen to herself, to explore, endeavour, question, and reevaluate. Consequently, every practice has become a learning experience from the very first day, which, like water, has seeped into different parts of her life and that, like seeds, has been growing and blooming, little by little, in silence, with rhythm and patience.

Andrea has been a maths, physics, and chemistry teacher since 2020. On the one hand, her area of expertise defines and aligns with her scientific character: analytical, rational, logical, and organised. On the other hand, her vocation for teaching and transmitting knowledge reveals other facets of her personality, such as her sensitivity, adaptability, empathy, affective communication and tolerance. She enjoys combining all these abilities and putting them into practice in her classes, and she has the feeling that the Navakarana method resonates with all of them.
