María Ángeles discovered Navakaraṇa in 2023 when Felisa introduced the method at Kali Studio in Granada. From her very first practice, she was drawn to its rhythm, fluid transitions, and unique approach to movement.
Navakaraṇa has become a path of self-exploration, presence, and understanding, helping her cultivate greater physical and mental strength while developing a deeper connection between body and mind, all of which have had a transformative impact on her daily life.
The method, together with the inspiration and support of her teachers, Felisa and Johanna, motivated her to deepen her practice and continue her studies through Teacher Training. In 2026, she completed Navakaraṇa Vinyāsa Hṛdayam Alumni Teacher Training Module 1 in Barcelona with Andrea and Marta at Bronsa Studio and graduated by Dario Calvaruso.
She feels grateful to share the richness of this beautiful path with the Navakaraṇa Kula, and loves supporting students on their own journey of exploration, growth, and self-discovery.
