Navakaraṇa Vinyāsa – Warm Detox Series
Navakaraṇa Vinyāsa (literally meaning “composition of nine units of movement”) is a specialised and dynamic structured vinyāsa practice that integrates mindful movement with conscious breath, guided by sound and rhythm. It represents a system of intelligent practice that weaves together ancient movement sciences (Karaṇa) with modern understanding of anatomy, kinesiology, and physiology.
Each master class offers a unique and thoughtfully designed series, with sequences arranged to synergistically engage and develop different anatomical muscle groups. The practice cultivates strength, coordination, endurance, mobility, and mental clarity, while encouraging participants to move with precision, awareness, and rhythmic coherence.
Navakaraṇa Vinyāsa provides both a physically engaging and deeply mindful experience, supporting practitioners in developing sustainable movement patterns and a refined connection between body, breath, and mind.
