Stan was introduced to Dario by his lovey wife Bahareh Yousefian where she took him to Navakaraṇa Suizen Masterclass in California in 2025. He completed The Essentials and Navakaraṇa Vinyāsa Hṛdayam Master Teacher Training Power & Control (Module 2) in Essaouira Morocco in 2025. He particularly enjoys the combination of physical strength and stretching of the method.
