Joanna is teaching since 2019 and found out about Navakaraṇa on Instagram. She took The Essentials with Dario Calvaruso in 2024 in Schruns and immediately knew that is the way she wants to go.
After opening her small śālā with her husband Sebastian in Tettnang she decided that now is the time for the training. She completed Navakaraṇa Vinyāsa Hṛdayam Master Teacher Training Power & Control (Module 2) with Dario in 2025 in Essaouira.
What she loves about the method is the clear structure and anatomical focus.
