Sol is a curious Soul in search of meaning. Since the age of 18, she has explored different disciplines and tools for self-knowledge and personal transformation.
Born in Argentina and based in Europe since 2019, she has lived between Spain, Andorra, and Switzerland, sharing Yoga, Astrology, and Tarot wherever she goes.
Deeply connected to nature and the mountains, she opened a Yoga and holistic practices studio in 2022 in St. Moritz, Switzerland.
Always open to new methods and traditions, since 2025 she has been practicing Navakaraŋa and completed The Essentials and Navakaraṇa Vinyāsa Hṛdayam Master Teacher Training Power & Control (Module 2) with Dario in Essaouira Morocco with the intention of sharing it as well.
