Sebastian is a forthcoming Navakaraṇa teacher based in Tettnang in Southern Germany, close to Lake Constance. Together with his wife, he runs a small śālā offering regular classes and workshops.
He completed The Essentials and Navakaraṇa Vinyāsa Hṛdayam Master Teacher Training Module 1 in Bologna with Grandmaster Dario Calvaruso in 2025 and has been dedicated to the method ever since. The emphasis on anatomical clarity over aesthetics and the role of rhythm in creating flow have transformed his personal practice and shaped how he teaches.
Sebastian’s classes focus on breath-led movement, functional alignment, and disciplined conditioning. He is passionate about supporting people in exploring their potential through structured, rhythm-based practice.
