Maria is passionate about the Navakaraṇa Vinyāsa method, which she discovered thanks to her mother-in-law at the Aire Yoga studio, Leon, at the end of 2024. She had never found a sport before that could bring her so much on physical and mental levels. She graduated Alumnus Teacher Training Module 2 in June 2025 in Barcelona.
Maria is a secondary school teacher. Teaching is her greatest passion and since discovering this method, she has wanted to train to share it with more people.
