Noelia runs Purna Yoga, a small studio in A Coruña. Her path crossed with Navakarana thanks to Alessandra, whom she admired long before meeting her in person. Unexpectedly, she found in this method exactly what she had been searching for: new inspiration for her self-practice and for her classes. She loves how the practice of Navakaraṇa challenges her and connects her on a deep level, and she is convinced that it is the perfect tool to share with her students.
