Noelia runs Purna Yoga, a small studio in A Coruña. Her path crossed with Navakarana thanks to Alessandra, whom she admired long before meeting her in person. Unexpectedly, she found in this method exactly what she had been searching for: new inspiration for her self-practice and for her classes. She loves how the practice of Navakaraṇa challenges her and connects her on a deep level, and she is convinced that it is the perfect tool to share with her students.
She completed Alumnus Teacher Training Power & Control (Module 2) in June 2025 in Barcelona and Alumnus Teacher Training Grounding & Opening (Module 1) in 2026 in Aviles with Nidia Diaz and is graduated by Dario Calvaruso.
