Monica Liliana Broseta Alfonso

Mónica first encountered the Navakaraṇa method in 2025, during a period of introspection and personal growth. Drawn to the discipline, rhythm, and intelligence inherent in the method, she discovered in Navakaraṇa not only a physical practice but a transformative path that deeply resonated with her inner journey.

Her practice took a significant turn when she began her formal training with Dario Calvaruso, completing The Essentials and Navakaraṇa Vinyāsa Hṛdayam Master Teacher Training: Grounding and Opening (Module 1) in Bologna, Italy in 2025 and Power and Control (Module 2) in Essaouira, Morocco in 2025. She then continued to study with Dario and graduated Dynamism and Flexibility (Module 3) in Barcelona, Spain in 2026.

In addition to her dedication to yoga, Mónica holds a Law degree and is currently studying Philosophy, disciplines that enrich her understanding of practice as a space for inquiry, presence, and human development. Under the guidance of Dario Calvaruso, she has deepened her presence and self-awareness, exploring the potential of the structured dynamism that defines Navakaraṇa. This methodology has brought her clarity, resilience, and a strong sense of purpose, both on and off the mat.

Mónica teaches Navakaraṇa part-time at her studio, Yoamoyoga, in Valencia, Spain, where she shares her devotion to the method with humility, joy, and commitment. Navakaraṇa has become the cornerstone of both her personal and professional life. Her mission is to share the depth of the practice with presence, discipline, and heart, guiding each student along a path of mindful practice and personal transformation.
