Born in Galicia Spain living in Shanghai since 2013, Eva discovered Navakaraṇa in 2021 with Betty Bat-Erdene.
Passionate for the arts and music, she felt immersed in the sound and rhythm at her first Navakaraṇa class and immediately fell in love with it. Believing the sound has an extremely powerful effect on us, her connection with this method was immediate after experiencing a state of awareness and a very deep mental absorption which fascinated her and brought her calmness, peace and harmony within herself.
Navakaraṇa Vinyāsa transformed her life completely, not only physically but also in the way she connects with her body, mind and feelings, and also the way she lives her life, always aiming for a path of a healthy lifestyle, in harmony with the Universe.
Eva is currently an architect, illustrator and a Navakaraṇa teacher. Always very curious about cosmology and numerology, her interest and passion about geometry patterns and proportions inherent in nature, transformed the way she works, always aiming to find harmony and unity in her designs.
She completed Alumnus Teacher Training Module 1 in 2024 and Alumnus Teacher Training Module 2 in 2025 with Betty Bat-Erdene in Shanghai and Master Teacher Training Module 4 in 2025 with Dario Calvaruso in Barcelona.
