Júlia Romeu

Júlia discovered Navakaraṇa through her regular online practice with Alessandra Oram. Although those initial classes were not officially Navakaraṇa, they featured intelligently designed vinyasa sequences with clear and purposeful instruction. This approach sparked Júlia’s curiosity and deepened her body awareness. Her first direct experience with the Navakaraṇa method came later during an in-person class with Alessandra in Barcelona. Unaware of what was behind the method at the time, she immediately felt a strong connection. The practice left her feeling grounded, powerful, and fully present in her body. The clarity and intention behind every movement captivated her and inspired her to go deeper.

 

As someone who has always been physically active, Júlia was drawn to the challenge and precision of the method. What kept her motivated was witnessing the changes unfolding in her body—progressively gaining strength, mobility, and control. Seeing those improvements firsthand became a powerful driver in her practice.

In 2025, Júlia completed both Alumnus Teacher Training Modules 1 and 2 with Alessandra Oram and graduated by Dario Calvaruso in Barcelona. The training further shaped her understanding of the method, allowing her to embody and share its depth as both practitioner and teacher.

Navakaraṇa has helped her gain control and awareness of her body in ways no other physical practice ever had. It has become a transformative and empowering part of her life, offering clarity, strength, and a continuous path of exploration.

Júlia currently teaches part-time in Sabadell, offering both private sessions and group classes in a local studio. She is passionate about sharing the depth and intelligence of Navakaraṇa with others on their own path of transformation.
