What is CSEN?
CSEN (Centro Sportivo Educativo Nazionale) is the largest Italian Sports Promotion Body, recognised by The Italian National Olympic Committee (CONI) and The Italian Paralympic Committee (CIP). CONI recognises the CSEN Sports Promotion Body as legitimising the training of technicians and instructors at the end of the various study courses of the “Navakaraṇa Discipline”.

What do I get?
After passing the examinations of Navakaraṇa Vinyāsa Hṛdayam Teacher Training Courses (of a minimum 216 hours, e.g. Module 1 and 2), a certificate and certified technical card issued by CSEN may be requested by the graduates. This certificate and technical card certifies the achievement of the specific qualification and legitimises teaching in Italy.

What is it for?
The holder of a certificate and technical card is authorised to carry out his/her function throughout the Italian national territory with legal recognition in the sports field, i.e.:
– The CONI Italian National Olympic Committee
– The Sports Federations or Associated Disciplines recognised by the CONI
– Sports Promotion Bodies Recognised by the CONI
(Legislative Decree 07/23/1999 n.242)

Who can apply?
You can request the release of the certificate and certified technical card at any time after graduation of 216 hours certified Navakaraṇa ATC (i.e. Authorised Training Course) duly stamped by Navakaraṇa and signed by Founder of the Method: Dario Calvaruso.

Application
In order to optimise the time for applications, Certificates and Technical Cards will only be issued twice a year: in autumn and spring. To facilitate the timing, we advise you to apply immediately after completion of your training (end of summer / end of winter).
