From a very young age, Melody discovered her own language in movement. Her mother planted the seed, enrolling her and her sisters in rhythmic gymnastics at the age of four. Soon after, ballet followed, and for years, these disciplines accompanied her personal and emotional growth.
Upon starting university, she was forced to give up dance. Although that period marked a pause in her practice, her passion for movement never disappeared. Over time, she began to feel a deeper need: to move, but in a more conscious way, more connected to her inner self.
In 2023, thanks to her sister Desiree, she discovered the Navakaraṇa method: a practice where breath, strength, and rhythm merge into a dynamic flow that awakened her creativity and reconnected her deeply with her body. Driven by this experience, she began her training and completed all four modules of the method, culminating her journey in 2025.
She currently teaches and resides in Madrid, where she teaches alongside her sister.
