Tina is someone who loves exercise and is enthusiastic about sport. She has been attending ballet and modern dance classes since her childhood. She first tried yoga in 2003 due to bad backache. She mostly practised Vinyasa Flow but over the years she also tried several different yoga styles.
In 2021, she discovered Alessandra’s videos. There was something different about this style that fascinated Tina. After she joined a retreat with Alessandra in Greece and had her first Navakaraṇa experience, she knew what that difference was. The systematic and flowing movement in connection with the sound, rhythm and Ujjāyī-breathing transformed into a harmonious flow. Her love of Navakaraṇa was kindled.
Tina completed Navakaraṇa Vinyāsa Hṛdayam Alumnus Teacher Training Module 1 in February 2024, Alumnus Teacher Training Module 2 in June 2024, Master Teacher Training Module 3 in February 2025 and finished Master Teacher Training Module 4 in June 2025. Tina is excited to see where Navakaraṇa journey takes her.
