Beatriz Serrat Sepúlveda

Beatriz is from Alicante. She learned about the Navakaraṇa method thanks to Alessandra Oram through her social networks. What she saw of the method made her feel a great attraction for it, which led her to sign up in July 2023 to The Essentials Workshop with Dario Calvaruso in Barcelona. The experience was so rewarding that it made her want to continue learning and deepening about the Navakaraṇa practice, signing up for Navakaraṇa Teacher Training Alumnus Module 1 in September 2023 in Madrid, Alumnus Module 2 in May 2024 in Barcelona, both taught by Alessandra, and Master Teacher Training Module 4 in June 2025 with Dario in Barcelona.

What most attracted her to Navakaraṇa was the complexity of the method. The coherence of all the parts that make it up, the tempo, the breathing, the movement, the music…. It makes it really special. Beatriz studied music for ten years and finding a practice that integrates the movement with tempo and music seemed truly unique to her.
