Lea is based in Zurich, Switzerland. After practicing online with Alessandra’s YouTube videos for several months, Lea joined Alessandra’s yoga retreat in Greece in spring 2023, where she experienced Navakaraṇa for the first time. Thatvwas when Lea embarked on a transformative journey into Navakaraṇa. Fascinated by the method’s unique approach, distinct from other yoga styles she had practiced, she felt a profound connection to its rhythm and energy. Eager to deepen her understanding, she enrolled in Navakaraṇa Vinyāsa Hṛdayam Alumnus Teacher Training Module 1 in autumn 2023. Her journey continued with Alumnus Module 2 in 2024, and Master Teacher Trainings Modules 3 and 4 in 2025.
Lea is dedicated to exploring and sharing the Navakaraṇa methodology, fostering a community that embraces the magic of this practice.
