Alba discovered Navakaraṇa and she was fascinated and wanted to learn more in depth about the method. She completed The Essentials workshop and Alumnus Navakaraṇa
Vinyāsa Teacher Training Module 1 and 2 in 2022 and 2023 with Alessandra Oram and graduated by Dario Calvaruso. In 2025 she graduated on Module 3 and 4 by Dario Calvaruso.
Since then she has dedicated full-time as a teacher and as a Personal Trainer.She has been teaching at Figa Navakaraṇa Yoga Studio in Barcelona, in Karaṇa Yoga studio in
Corbera de Llobregat, and in different Sport Training Centers in Barcelona and surroundings.
She combines strength training with practice, and this helps her to gain more power and control of her body and she helps other students to improve their practice with strength training. The practice helps to connect with her essence and get to know her body, breathing, and mind through movement, to cultivate a state of presence and mental calm. And this is what she loves to transmit to her students
