Erika Carrer

Erika was born in Milan and currently lives in Verona. Erika started her journey as member of Tulā (the first Navakaraṇa studio in Northern Italy) in the summer of 2022 and after a few months she decided to start learning and studying our method, to become a Navakaraṇa teacher. Erika was the first student of Navakaraṇa Vidyā Programme, under the guidance of Roberta Cona, owner and founder of the studio.

In the summer of 2023 she obtained Navakaraṇa Vinyāsa Hṛdayam Master Teacher Training Module 1 with master Dario Calvaruso. Immediately after the training course she started to teach classes in Tulā, organising also events and workshops. Erika has been very involved in official events: Kula on the Road.
